Udita Joshi
Founder & Design Director
Currently dedicated to tackling contemporary issues like environmental resilience, social equity and sustainable development through her vision for Betr Norml. Her work is driven by a desire to create urban environments that foster open spaces, legible flows and a healthy environment, something she believes should be a necessity and not a luxury. She holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Design from Rubika Institut Supérieur du Design. Previously, she was a Creative Director at Non Zero - a design studio she co-founded where she worked with multiple startups, helping them make, break or test their early concepts.

Uday Joshi
Principal Architect
A practicing Architect with over 40 years of experience creating an abundant portfolio of projects spanning IT parks, residential complexes, commercial spaces, educational institutions and more. At Betr Norml, Mr. Joshi overlooks projects in the architecture domain and guides the team to create an ideal solution.
